This website is operated using Squarespace. When you visit the website, technical data necessary for the operation, security and delivery of the website may be processed, including IP address, browser, device and network information, requested pages and timestamps.

Squarespace may process personal data on my behalf in connection with hosting and operating the website.

This website uses Squarespace Analytics to understand website traffic and activity. Squarespace confirms these categories in its current documentation.

The data is retained only for as long as necessary to deal with your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, subject to applicable statutory retention obligations.

5. Google reCAPTCHA

The contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA to protect the website against spam and automated submissions. Squarespace states that reCAPTCHA is an invisible security feature and that reCAPTCHA v3 is used on most Squarespace websites.

In connection with reCAPTCHA, technical information may be processed by Google to determine whether an interaction originates from a human user or an automated system.

6. News and Updates

You may voluntarily choose to receive news and updates from Anuki Digital.

Your email address is processed for this purpose on the basis of your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. A confirmation email is sent to verify your subscription.

You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.

7. Anuki Digital Community / Google Forms

The Anuki Digital Community uses Google Forms.

If you submit the form, the information you provide may include your name, email address, professional category, referral source, city, country, topics of interest and information entered in the open-ended community question.

The information is used to manage the Anuki Digital Community and understand participants' interests.

If you separately consent to receive updates, your email address may also be used to inform you about community-related activities, such as public lectures. This processing is based on Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, and you may withdraw your consent at any time.

Google processes information submitted through Google Forms using Google's infrastructure.

8. Social Media Links

This website contains links to external social-media platforms. When you click such a link, you leave this website and the privacy practices of the respective platform apply.

9. International Data Transfers

Squarespace and Google operate internationally, and personal data may therefore be processed outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States.

Squarespace currently states that it participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and uses it for applicable transfers from the EEA. Google likewise states that Google LLC participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and that it also relies on Standard Contractual Clauses where required.

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected or for as long as required by applicable statutory retention obligations.

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time with effect for the future.

Under the GDPR, subject to the applicable statutory requirements, you have rights including access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), objection (Art. 21), and withdrawal of consent (Art. 7(3) GDPR).
